First Entry.

Hi friends and family who don't know about this blog yet!

I've been accepted to study abroad in New Zealand for the spring semester of 2012.  Specifically at a Design School in Wanganui!  I can't believe this is happening!  I'm very nervous...like flying in an airplane for almost 24 hours....not cool.  And how am I going to decide what to pack?  And where am I going to live?  And what if I gain 30 pounds while I'm there???

Clearly the details haven't been ironed out yet.  Orientation is this coming Saturday...I'm hoping then I'll learn what classes I'm taking, where I'll be living, when I should buy my plane ticket, etc!

Also, I must mention that my very dear friend LIZ is coming too!  (I wonder if she'll also start a blog?)  Plus two other design students from my school.  So thankfully we'll all be in this together.

I'm going to try to update this as much as I can as well as posting photos.
