Home For Real.

July 3rd - had dinner at Grandpa's with some of the family.  We enjoyed talking and hanging out.  My mom made pie for dessert!  I also gave my two younger cousins some bracelets I found in NZ.  I received a welcome home card.

July 4th...got an early start and drove to our cabin for some fun in the sun and 4th of July activities.  There was a heat wave that got the temperature up to 100 F!  It was hot!  Even my uncle said, "It's not very often that the lake is too warm."

We went tubing.

July 5th - stopped briefly in Stevens Point to check out the Sculpture Park.  Then drove to Stout so I could pick up my text books, check out the house we're renting, and get a bit of training for my new campus job.  It was fun!  Got to go out to lunch with Rachel.  We ate Applebees.  God bless Applebees!  It was lovely.

The 3 hour drive home felt like forever, but we made it...luggage, sanity, and all.
