Lasagna.

For some reason we've had this grand idea to make lasagna for dinner.  Looking back now, I don't know why, because mom always complains when she makes lasagna.  Either it's too soupy or the noodles don't cook all the way through or whatever.  I'm just happy I wasn't around last night for the lasagna making process (I had a group meeting, I swear!) because it looks too intense for my college level cooking style.  Plus when I was taking pictures, Liz and Beth kicked me out of the kitchen.  I mean come on, I'm documenting important NZ study abroad events here!





Me: "Soooo...can I eat it now?"
It turned out pretty good.  Not Olive Garden good, but good enough for me to have leftover lasagna on my mind all during class this morning.  Just kidding.  Kind of.

HOBBITON TOMORROW.  I'll take lots of pictures and tell you all about it after the weekend!
