Some Things:

Last Friday I helped Liz with a photoshoot.  First off, I LOVE being Liz's camera caddy/light reflector specialist.  Second, Anita, the model, was brilliant!  The photos turned out great.  You can check 'em out on Liz's flickr here or her facebook page here.  I took a couple photos but.....not nearly as good.  Afterward Liz was like, "It's been so long since I've done a photo shoot...finally!!"  And that's how I know she's a good photographer, because she LOVES it.  I hope soon I will find that something that I love to do too.

Then she took some pictures of Beth and I the next day near school where there are some cool alleys with graffiti and what-not.  It was fun, but I am by no means a model.  I try to do my I-will-seduce-you face, but it always ends up looking more like this.

Moving on, I was checking out my flickr the other day and I thought it was unusual that I had so many views suddenly in the last two days.  And then I discovered one of my doodles is getting around on tumblr:

Moving on.  So I'm biting the bullet and attending the agideas international design conference in Melbourne, Australia.  It will cost a lot but I know it will be worth it!  Whenever Christina talks about it she gets me so excited.  She's like, "There's a live Banksy with plexi-glass over it AND we can go to the rooftop cinema AND one of the speakers is the designer for playboy" etc.  After buying plane tickets I emailed Michelle (the high school friend studying abroad in Cairns, Australia) to let her know I decided to come over after all, and here's what happened:
