I Gotta Pee.

I slept SO good last night that I forgot where I was and had a little heart attack waking up in a strange room.  I now have all of my things unpacked.  Liz and I walked around on Victoria street looking for somewhere to eat.  Ended up getting Thai food.  We signed some papers for the flat.  Tried to see Vicky, the international coordinator lady, but she was busy.  So we walked around aimlessly.  I wanted to go to McDonalds to use the internet.  So that's where we are.  Then off to buy groceries at Pak'nSave.  We had such a hard time deciding where to eat for lunch that we figured buying groceries will be much better.  And cheaper too.

While the accents are lovely, it is a bit overwhelming.  I have a hard enough time understanding american-english, you can't expect me to understand british/kiwi/aussie talk.  (For those of you who don't know me I say "what?" "huh?" "can you say that again?" often in conversations.  TOO often.  For those of you who do know me....I'm sorry.)

I'm pumped for Chris and Beth to get here for some familiarity.  On the otherhand, classes don't start for 10 days and I almost wish it was sooner so I could meet new people my own age and keep my mind occupied with work.

Also its raining.  Tomorrow should be sunnier, in which we plan on taking lots of photos.  Will be putting them up soon.  Yay for being stereotypical American tourists!!
